From Fishbowl to Founder
Morgan McDonald worked at Fishbowl for over 8 ½ years, and has even more experience using the software. Starting in Support & Training, and then moving to Implementation On-Sites helped him understand the businesses that use the software, and their major needs. Looking to diversify his experience further, he began writing custom reports for clients, and finally, was the Lead QA for Fishbowl Advanced. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone with his level of Fishbowl knowledge.
His deep understanding of Fishbowl solutions allows him the unique ability to get to the root of client problems. As a trainer, he breaks down complex concepts into simple applications, and software users find themselves easily improving their ability to use Fishbowl.
Beyond that, his ability to view a business holistically gives him the ability to diagnose problems businesses may not see, as well as apply his vast knowledge of business in fixing related issues of efficiency, logistics, manufacturing, product sourcing, marketing, and operations.
